Mitä tietoja käsittelemme
Kun lähetät esittelypyynnön, käsittelemme seuraavia tietoja:
- nimi
- työsähköpostiosoite
- organisaation nimi
- viesti, jos kirjoitat sellaisen
- tieto antamastasi luvasta ja pyynnön ajankohta.
Käyttötarkoitus ja peruste
Käytämme tietoja vain esittelypyyntöön vastaamiseen ja esittelyn sopimiseen. Käsittely perustuu suostumukseesi (EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen 6 artiklan 1 kohdan a alakohta). Voit peruuttaa suostumuksesi milloin tahansa lähettämällä viestin osoitteeseen dpa@nedu.ai.
Emme käytä tietoja markkinointiviestintään ilman erillistä lupaa emmekä tekoälymallien kouluttamiseen.
Kuka tietoja käsittelee
Pyyntö välitetään sähköpostina NeduAI Oy:n henkilöille, jotka vastaavat esittelyistä. Lisäksi tietoja käsittelevät palveluntarjoajamme:
- Vercel Inc.: sivuston ylläpito ja lomakkeen käsittely (palvelinalue Frankfurt)
- Resend: sähköpostin lähetys (EU-alue)
- NeduAI Oy:n sähköpostipalvelu.
Jos tietoja siirretään EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle, siirto perustuu Euroopan komission hyväksymiin vakiosopimuslausekkeisiin tai muuhun tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaiseen siirtoperusteeseen.
Säilytysaika
Säilytämme tiedot 24 kuukautta viimeisestä yhteydenotosta. Sen jälkeen ne poistetaan.
Tekniset lokitiedot
Sivuston ylläpitäjä käsittelee teknisiä tietoja, kuten IP-osoitetta, sivuston toimittamiseksi ja suojaamiseksi. Sivusto ei aseta evästeitä. Lue lisää evästeistä.
Oikeutesi
Sinulla on oikeus saada pääsy tietoihisi, oikaista ne, pyytää niiden poistamista tai käsittelyn rajoittamista, saada tietosi siirretyksi sekä peruuttaa suostumuksesi. Lähetä pyyntö osoitteeseen dpa@nedu.ai.
Jos katsot, että tietojasi käsitellään lainvastaisesti, voit tehdä valituksen tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle (tietosuoja.fi).

What we process
When you send a demo request, we process:
- your name
- your work email address
- your organisation’s name
- your message, if you write one
- a record of your consent and the time of the request.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to answer your demo request and arrange the demo. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to dpa@nedu.ai.
We do not use the data for marketing communications without separate permission, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who processes the data
Your request is forwarded by email to the people at NeduAI Oy who handle demos. Our service providers also process it:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting and form processing (Frankfurt server region)
- Resend: email delivery (EU region)
- NeduAI Oy’s email service.
If data is transferred outside the EU or EEA, the transfer is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another transfer mechanism permitted by the GDPR.
Retention
We keep the data for 24 months from our last contact with you. After that it is deleted.
Technical logs
The website host processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. The site sets no cookies. Read more about cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected, ask for it to be erased or its processing restricted, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to dpa@nedu.ai.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
